Mental health during pregnancy after birth Survey

We would like to hear from parents, carers and family members on their thoughts and experiences on mental health during pregnancy and after birth.

This is a part of North East Lincolnshire Council’s Start for Life programme where a perinatal mental health service has been formed, so from this we would like to understand how best parents and carers would like to receive key messages through a communications campaign about this service and the topic of mental health during pregnancy and after birth.

This survey will close Friday 29 November.
