Welcome to the 2025 Mid-Year BSIP survey. We aim to gather your feedback on the Bus Service Improvements we have introduced in the past year, including fare initiatives such as allowing concessionary pass holders to travel for free before 9:30 am, and discounted evening fares. We have also implemented bus priority measures which reduces travel time and increase punctuality, as well as increasing the frequency of bus routes 3 and 4 this summer.
Your feedback on these improvements and other aspects of our bus services is crucial. Thank you for participating and helping us improve public transport in North East Lincolnshire.
